Two Russian Navy officers were fined $90,000 for ordering ship engineers to install a temporary sauna next to the engine room.

After the military court heard what had happened, Vladimir Kutsan and Vasily Hapin were fined 20% of their future wages to cover all the damages caused by their stupidity.
